Komal & Shalin's Luxury Indian Wedding in Laguna Niguel, CA

It’s been quite an amazing journey with Komal and Shalin, beginning on the 50 yard line of M&T Bank Stadium for their must-see Baltimore Ravens Surprise Engagement, to the beaches of Laguna Niguel for their incredible four-day destination wedding in Southern California.

Komal and Shalin’s wedding celebration began with a gorgeous pastel-hued mehndi overlooking the pacific ocean from the cliffs at Montage Resort. Friends and family from all over the world were welcomed by a breathtaking sunset on the California coastline before a fun moonlit show of performances and dancing. The following day the couple were married in a grand outdoor Hindu ceremony in the opulent courtyard at Monarch Beach Resort, kicked off with an exciting baraat by Shalin’s family.

Not to be outdone by Komal’s engagement surprise, Shalin had a touching pre-wedding surprise of his own planned for Komal, a beautiful album filled with special memories, along with a heartfelt letter, which he presented to his beautiful bride just before their ceremony. Komal’s touching reaction goes to show the true love between this amazing couple! The newlyweds hosted a star-studded sangeet with Bollywood singer Aditya Narayan, who flew in from India to perform throughout the evening. The week of festivities would culminate in the chic candlelit ambiance of a twilight reception in the Monarch Beach Resort Grand Ballroom the following night, highlighted by speeches and a memorable flash-mob style first dance.

We can’t thank Komal and Shalin enough for not only allowing us to capture such a special moment in their lives, but for the opportunity to get to know their wonderful parents and siblings over their multiple events and planning process. The kind hearts and true love between these two is palpable in their presence and we wish them nothing but the best in their journey ahead.
