Pragati & Rahul's Luxury Indian Wedding in New York

Pragati & Rahul’s three day wedding celebration began at Maritime Parc in Jersey City, where guests took in the breathtaking sunset views of Liberty Island and the Manhattan skyline, before a full lineup of choreographed dances performed by the couple and family. The fun night of song and dance was highlighted by Pragati’s incredible Bollywood inspired solo dance performed alongside AATMA Performing Arts.

New York’s iconic Plaza Hotel was host to the couple’s traditional Hindu wedding ceremony the very next day, preceded by a touching first look in Central Park and an epic baraat procession around Pulitzer Fountain. In outfits by Sabyasachi, a mirrored golden aisle and dramatic white floral mandap, Pragati & Rahul were wed in style in The Plaza’s Grand Ballroom.

The final night of celebration was truly one for the record books. Under the ambitious vision of Design House Decor, what was once New York’s Ziegfeld Ballroom transformed into a dramatic enchanted forest, whisking guests into a fairytale somewhere beyond reality for the couple’s dream reception. A truly magical evening filled with speeches, dinner and dancing for the couple and family.
