Trisha & Depen's Epic Indian Wedding in Atlanta, GA

“Every love story has a beginning. But no great love story ever truly ends.” Trisha & Depen’s three day wedding in Atlanta was more than a celebration, it was an extravaganza nearly two years in the making in honor of their Gujarati Hindu culture. This love story is special not only between them, but to the eternal connections they have with their entire family. Six events over three days were attended by nearly a thousand guests from across the US and around the world, which took us all the way from the snow-capped peaks of the Pacific Northwest to bustling downtown Buckhead.

The InterContinental was host to a full weekend of festivities, kicked off by a crimson hued vidhi, followed by a lively mehendi night were Trisha’s family stunned in color-coordinated royal blue & white Anita Dongre. The family wowed again the next morning in matching cream colored Sabyasachi, as they welcomed guests to a beautiful candle-lit sataak. Before the two families danced at their garba, Trisha’s Savannah native Patel family was sure to extend Depen and his Patel family of Portland a proper warm welcome to Atlanta.

The next morning Depen’s baraat down Peachtree Road was literally a traffic-stopping affair, but his Groomsmen were not to be outdone by Trisha’s Bridesmaids, who took part in hiding Trisha behind their matching lengha's for the couple’s dramatic first look. After a traditional Hindu wedding under a gorgeous white floral mandap, fire dancers kicked off an evening of dinner, speeches and dancing at their exciting reception.

Trisha & Depen’s events were flawlessly planned and coordinated by Nirjary Desai and her team at KisCubed Events. Jay Gandhi of Indaglow Productions not only handled music but lit every event to perfection. Susmita Patel of Style by Susmita went above and beyond in addition to makeup with custom wardrobe styling of every look for not only Trisha but her entire family. Ragini Patel of Weddings In Style designed all the incredible setpieces and decor for every event, and as always Nadia D captured truly stunning still images along side our team.
